The session addresses organizational learning in educational settings and references theoretical constructs which foster leader development. Participants may expand thoughts on processes that drive organizational learning amongst educators. Educational leadership through organizational learning and leader development resonates with the concept of educators at the forefront. Such theoretical concepts foster the need for teacher growth and enables educators to access multiple leadership competencies. Participants may engage in the session through a series of short scenarios, self-discovery exercises, and large-group discussions formats.
