In this session, participants will be able to define the power of using one’s voice to build a positive professional environment where thriving is the goal. There will be opportunities for interaction and dialogue centering ways to advocate and empower yourself and others for optimal professional growth. Participants will also begin working on a personal plan to shift into “thrival” mode.
