The session addresses servant leadership attributes in implications in teacher engagement. Effectiveness of servant leadership constructs are explored according to various models developed by scholars researching servant leadership and work engagement. The presentation captures servant leadership in conjunction with educational leadership, leader development, and one’s leader profile in the workplace. Participants may engage in the session through a series of short scenarios, self-discovery exercises, and large-group discussions formats.
