8:30-10:15 What can I do? I'm not the behavior specialist! Designed for individuals wanting behavior basics or a refresher in setting up the learning environment for behavioral success. Workshop content includes prevention strategies and responses to behavior that decreases the likelihood of escalation. Participants will leave with strategies to use to become an effective educator for all students. This session is in partnership with IEP TA Center.

10:30-12:00 Effective Use of Paraprofessional Support. Resources to help support paraprofessionals and the utilization of paras by administrators, general education teachers, and special education teachers to support the needs of all students. This session is in partnership with IEP TA Center.
